Florian Wieder

Stage designer, creative producer, and TV producer with an exceptional track record of developing innovative global designs and concepts for high-profile shows, music, and television productions over the past 30 years. His groundbreaking work and extensive experience have positioned him as one of the industry's most sought-after creative producers and stage designers. A glimpse into his impressive portfolio showcases his involvement in iconic live events such as the Eurovision Song Contest, Emmy Awards, Video Music Awards, European Music Awards, Country Music Awards, America’s Got Talent, and American Idol — with many of these shows featuring his work multiple times. He has collaborated with an array of legendary artists, including U2, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Kanye West, Foo Fighters, The Killers, Rammstein, Robbie Williams, and Adele, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the creative field.


Jens Bujar

With over 15 years of experience as a TV executive, producer, and format developer in Germany and Europe, I have been instrumental in shaping some of the most successful and award-winning television shows. My tenure at Fremantle Media saw me leading the launch of iconic programs such as “Got Talent,” “The X Factor,” and “Take Me Out.” Since founding his own production company, "Lodge of Levity," in 2017, he has confidently taken charge of the business operations as CFO, driving the company’s success forward.
